Cancellation terms are shared before payment and may vary by tour, date, transport partner, venue and third-party booking.
Refund eligibility
Where a refund is approved, non-recoverable third-party charges and payment processing costs may be deducted. Processing time depends on the original payment method.
Weather and closures
If an experience cannot safely operate, we may offer a rescheduled date, revised route or applicable refund according to the confirmed booking terms.
No-show and delay
No-shows and substantial late arrivals may be treated as cancellations and may not qualify for a refund.
